Had a delightful meal with my wife and son. The food was well-cooked and the drinks selection was good. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Highly recommend this place.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and food during my first visit. The serving lady was cheerful and made us feel at home. The food was amazing, though some might say the portions were generous. We had a great time and would definitely return. Thank you for the warm welcome and for introducing me to gammon!

Decided to have a spontaneous Sunday lunch and was very happy with the choice! The beef roast was highly recommended and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable.

Visited yesterday for a family meal after visiting Blists hill. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was a minor mistake with the order, but it was promptly rectified and the quality of the food more than made up for it. Also, it's dog-friendly.

We stopped by for lunch. The place was lovely, with a friendly staff member (besides the chef) available at the time of our visit. We ordered food, got our drinks, and sat down. It was quite busy during lunchtime, with a few bookings and a large birthday party. However, there was only one person on the bar who also seemed to be the only one serving food. After some waiting, our food was brought out by the lady at the bar. It was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, it was cold. I might return, but I would be cautious about ordering food unless there were more staff available.

Visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The team was extremely friendly and the pub interior was cozy. The food portions were generous and the quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back more often.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. Came here for a birthday meal and left extremely disappointed. It was freezing inside, and the prices were sky-high. A small 6oz steak and chips were priced at £15.99, and the brownie at £6.25. The steak was well done despite ordering medium, the chips were unpleasantly stale, and the brownie was cold and overly sweet with cheap ice cream. A terrible experience, won't be returning.

During our first visit here, we were blown away by the amazing food and the incredibly friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

The staff are always super friendly, and there is ample outdoor seating and dining space available. There is a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Don't be deceived by the menu's appearance, this is not your average chain pub quality food. The food is superb, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend the mushroom and tarragon pudding!
